For over two decades, I’ve worked from every angle:

The inside — leading global L&D strategy, shaping culture, and driving results in high-stakes environments.

And the outside — as an award-winning entrepreneur, bestselling author, and executive advisor for some of the most brilliant (and burnt-out) professionals I’ve ever met.

I’ve designed transformative learning programs for thousands, facilitated rooms full of senior execs, and coached high-potential teams to unlock their best.
